Sign-up forms
In order to hopefully help make the process of signing up for activities and events easier this year. There will now be online forms that each Pathfinder, staff, parent and staff child can fill out letting us know whether or not they will be attending.
For those families with more than one person, the form will need to be filled out for each one.
If you fill it out correctly when you click the submit button you will see a message that says "Thank you. Your information has been submitted." If there is a * then the field is required, and it won't submit without it being filled in.
