Club Campout - September 12-14, 2014
Our first club campout will be on the weekend of September 12-14 at Cohutta Springs. For this campout we don't need to bring our Class A uniforms. Plan to wear the club t-shirt on Sabbath if you have one.
IMPORTANT DETAILS REGARDING THIS WEEKEND’S PATHFINDER CAMPOUT
Destination: Cohutta Springs Youth Camp
Load/Leave: Friday Sept 12th Loading will begin at 3:00pm (Upper Church Parking Lot)
*A parent must remain with their child until they are checked in with their counselor. Please note there will be no supervision provided until after 3:00pm on Friday. Please do not send your children unsupervised to the church parking lot prior to this time.
Return: Sunday Sept 14th@ 1:00 pm (Upper Church Parking Lot)

- Will need a signed permission slip for your child to attend. The permission slip is available online or at the Welcome Desk on Wednesday night. Permission Form is on the Forms page
ALL MONTHLY DUES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO CAMPOUT
- We will need a final count on who is attending this campout on Wednesday night in order to purchase needed food and to arrange transportation. If your child is in Acroflyers or attends public school and needs to leave after 4pm please let us know.
- The cost of the campout is included in your monthly dues. However, if you or your child signs up for this weekend’s campout on Wednesday night and does not attend there will be an additional charge of $20 added to your account– this applies to staff as well.
- Be sure to look on the website for a list of things to bring on a campout. And make sure ALL items are clearly marked with your child’s name. Camping Checklist is on the Forms page.
