To help keep up with the honors that many are completing at home or with your family, we ask that once you complete an honor, you or your parents fill out this form (link is below) for each honor earned. Online Honors Completed Form You will need to turn in the paperwork showing that you completed it to your counselor or Miss Karen. If there are are also activities that need to be completed, for example making pizza, please take pictures or video of yourself doing and completing the activity and include with the paperwork (or send to us). |
